Clear systems.
Less friction.

Small businesses deserve the same security and automation that large enterprises take for granted. The gap isn't ambition — it's that no one configured the tools properly or built the workflows to match how the team actually works.

01Workflow

Automation-first engagements

Document-heavy, repetitive workflows cost hours every week — and they don't have to. Each engagement starts by mapping the actual process: where information enters, where it stalls, and where it gets retyped. From there, a purpose-built agent or automation handles the repetition, freeing the team to focus on the work that requires judgment. Everything is documented and handed off so it runs without ongoing dependency.

02Infrastructure

Secure M365 tenant onboarding

Most small businesses acquire Microsoft 365 and configure just enough to send email — leaving identity, access controls, and endpoint management untouched. A proper onboarding deploys the full security baseline: conditional access, device management, administrative controls, and monitoring. The result is a hardened environment and a handoff package that the internal team or next IT provider can actually work from.

How it works
01 Assess

Understand the current state — what's configured, what's missing, what's at risk.

02 Build

Deploy the configuration or automation. No guesswork, no shortcuts.

03 Document

Every decision recorded. Every setting explained. Nothing lives in someone's head.

04 Hand off

Clean transfer to the team. No lock-in, no ongoing dependency required.

Background

I've spent 16 years in enterprise IT — building identity and access systems, automating operations with PowerShell and Azure Logic Apps, managing endpoints across platforms, and deploying Microsoft 365 at scale. I've designed SSO architectures for organizations with hundreds of employees and written the automation that kept those systems running without manual intervention. Now I apply that same rigor to small businesses — the ones growing fast enough to need real infrastructure but not large enough to justify a full IT department.
